Frankly, I’m a couch potato. I like eating snacks and binge watching shows I can find on Netflix. The only time I start worrying about working out is if I’m alarmingly not fitting my favorite clothes like I used to, or if I have an important date coming up that involves a new dress. I know it’s shameful, but after a long day at work I just don’t have the energy for it. If I could workout by just thinking about it, I would. Well, now it looks like that is possible!
